[Weekend Herb Blogging] – Kohlrabi-Radish-Sorrel cream soup

I promised a recipe for this weeks WHB and here it is:
Lately I have been cooking soups very often. I love them and as I said before I especially love cream soups.
This one is really easy and quick to make:
2 medium kohlrabi and 5-6 small radishes cut into cubes. Put them along with 2 spring onions and 2 gloves of garlic in 250-300 ml veggie stock and bring to boil. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Puree with your hand-blender until smooth. Add 2 handful of fresh sorrel and puree again.

I served it with salt and pepper sprinkled on top and some freshly grated Parmesan.
