I am so behind – I only got to read this now!!! What a beautiful post – those first paragraphs are so full of inspiring words and so very true. I think 2011 was a hard year for many people but as you say, dwelling on sadness and pain will help nobody. There was also much joy in the year and as you say, Plate to Page was one of those joys. It was a pleausre to meet you after “knowing” you online all these years and I look forward to many laughs (and cute kittehs!) in 2012. x

I read that 2011 was a tough year for your too, but as tough as it was with all the bad things happening I am more than happy to have met you in person this year! Certainly one of the best things that happened to me!

That’s a pretty collection you have there Astrid. It’s been really great getting to know you in person this year roommie! And I can’t believe how long ago it seems already. So much has happened! And like you, 2011 has certainly not been our best year, but we will move on to better and brighter times!
