DKM’s Savory Butternut Squash Soup
A while ago (last week) I made DKM’s Savory Butternut Squash Soup for our Lunch Club at work.
I have to say: we loved it right away!
And what I loved most about it is that it was made in no time. Throw the squash in the oven and let bake, purree and season – that’s it… ready to eat or pack up to go in the lunch bag for work. (For more Info and the recipe please click the link above)

Next weekend we will make it for the family of my friend Mrs Q. when we are celebrating the 1st birthday of our babyboy Darian. I am pretty sure the others will love it too!
