Monthly Mingle #11: Big Birthday Bang

mm11 ’cause this month is Meeta’s birthday she invited all to a Big Birthday Bang.

So: Happy Birthday Meeta!

I hope she will like my bring along for this months mingle.


Raspberry-Yoghurt-Peppermint Hearts

It’s not highly sophisticated. No it’s quick and easy to make and yet very delicious – to my mind.

Ready made puff pastry
fresh raspberries
200 grams yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 drops peppermint oil

Cut out heart shaped pieces of puff pastry. Bake 10 minutes at 200°C. Let cool.
Mix yoghurt with honey and peppermint oil – let cool in fridge or freezer.
Arrange a heart on a plate. Top with some yoghurt and raspberries. Top with another heart. Decorate…
