Another quick suggestion for this month’s WTSIM: Stuffed fruits or vegetables.

Deadline for submissions is May, 29th, so hurry up :^^:

The first time I was served this at Mrs. Q’s I immediately fell in love with it. Why?
’cause its easy, it’s quick and it’s yet so de-li-ci-ous

Well I cannot recall the original recipe but I liked the Idea so I tried to make something simlar.

  1. the riper the better
  2. use a sweet and mellow one
  3. this one is very important because the cestnut honey gives a very special and strong flavour to the stuffing. If you have none of this honey use one with an outstanding flavour
  4. you can do that before baking but I found out it’s far easier to do it afterwards
