280 Gramm Mehl
210 Gramm Butter
100 Gramm geriebene Mandeln
7 Gramm Kristallzucker
Staubzucker
Vanillezucker

Aus Mehl, Butter, Mandeln und Kristallzucker einen Teig rühren. Kleine Kipferln formen, auf ein befettetes Blech legen und backen. Noch heiß vorsichtig in einem Gemisch aus Staubzucker und Vanillezucker drehen.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
approx. 1 cup butter
approx. 1 cup finely ground almonds
1/16 cup sugar
icing sugar and finely ground vanilla bean

Mix together flour, butter, almonds and sugar.
Form little crescents and bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Roll them into the “vanilla icing sugar” while they are still hot in an big bowl.
Let them cool down on a plate. When the are cold store them carefully in your cookie container.
